PELANCARAN PROGRAM NILAM

Satu majlis pelancaran program NILAM peringkat sekolah telah disempurnakan oleh En. Sadri B Hj. Kormin pengetua SMK J21 pada 3 Febuari 2014. "Jom Baca" menjadi tema program ini. Dalam majlis ini juga, penyerahan buku dan juga rak telah diagihkan kepada kelas-kelas untuk sudut perpustakaan kelas. Pelajar juga diberikan teks untuk program "5 minit baca spontan".
